    Economic Stability Class - Moffat County United WayOffers sessions on "Getting Ahead in a Just-Getting-By World" for individuals in poverty. This course provides a way to examine the impact that poverty has on individuals, families, and their communities. This course is offered twice a year consisting of 18 sessions, two per week for nine weeks.     Employment Stabilization - ThriveProvides an employment support program that helps people overcome barriers and work their way to self-sufficiency and stability through employment. Offers a holistic approach to healing brokenness and eliminating poverty through relationships, employment support services, and skills development. Thrive members build confidence and develop the tools they need to establish a work history, stay in a job, improve their income, and advance to economic self-sufficiency. The main entry point for Thrive is a multi-day employment workshop. During the workshop, job readiness skills including: career exploration, practice interviewing, and networking with local employers are addressed. Spiritual components are incorporated to identify barriers that may have contributed to one’s unemployment.
