The home-like setting is wheelchair accessible and provides care to 8 individuals during the day, 3 overnight. Individuals participate in recreation, arts and crafts, and community programs.

|Adult Day Care - Elderhaus Adult Day Program||Offers a structured day program for adults 18 years old and older who need therapeutic, health, and social activities as an alternative to institutionalization, or to postpone long-term care placement. Specifically provides support to individuals with various forms dementia, traumatic brain injuries, post-stroke needs, MS, Parkinson's, Down syndrome, autism, and other intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Elderhaus can in many cases provide transportation from Fort Collins, Loveland, Berthoud, and Windsor to the Elderhaus facility in Fort Collins. Other options may include Z-Trip (Yellow Cab), SAINT, or Heart and Soul.
