General Information
Description of ServiceProvides Medicaid-sponsored services for elderly, physically handicapped, or blind adults who can be appropriately cared for in their own home, rather than a nursing home. Long term Care Options, (LCO) is the Single Entry Point (SEP) designated agency for Adams County. LCO determines the functional eligibility for participation in HCBS, while the Human Services Department determines financial eligibility. Income and resource guidelines must be met.

On September 11, 2017, the new location at 11860 Pecos St will open at 10 a.m.
