Provides case management to seniors age 60+ as well as emergency financial assistance. In order to access Silver Key Emergency Financial Assistance, there must be a documented emergency, a budget analysis must be completed, and sustainability must be presented. All cases are reviewed. On case by case basis Silver Key may be able to provide:
• Rent assistance (first month’s rent or late rent. For late rent a 3-day demand from the landlord is required. The goal is to prevent eviction).
• Moving assistance
• Medical co-pays (cannot assist with back-bills)
• Dental assistance
• Eyeglasses assistance
• Hearing aid assistance
• Emergency prescription assistance
• Minor home repairs assistance (to facilitate safety).
