Description of Service
Offers hospice and palliative care either at home, long-term care or assisted living facilities for those with terminal illnesses who can no longer benefit from curative treatment and have a life expectancy of six months or less.
Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, El Paso, Fremont, Gilpin, Jefferson, Pueblo, Teller counties
Call for more information. Hospice services require a physician's referral.
Hospice services are fully covered for Medicare beneficiaries as well as for many patients with private insurance plans.
Those with terminal illnesses who can no longer benefit from curative treatment and have a life expectancy of six months or less.
