Description of Service
The Kearney Street Program is a mutual care placement program for teen mothers and their children. Services include:
- Support groups
- Parenting skills classes
- Independent living classes
- Vocational training
This program also specializes in proctor placement for adolescent females without children who are transitioning back into the community from juvenile detention facilities.

Referral is required from local Social Services office and the DYC (Division of Youth Corrections).
Adolescent females ages 14 - 19 with or without children ages birth to 5. Program participants must be in school, in training, or working full-time. Call for additional requirements.
