General Information
Description of ServiceProvides homeless veterans in Mesa County access to affordable, stable housing and individually tailored case management services in an effort to transition them from homelessness into self-sufficiency.

The program can currently house 8 homeless veterans in an apartment complex owned and operated through a partnership formed with HomewardBound and Housing Resources of Western Colorado. Rents are based on 30 and 40 percent of Area Median Income
