Individuals with any type of cancer; caregivers; the bereaved; individuals affected with treatments like hormone therapy, oral chemotherapy, or anti-nausea medication; individuals using lymphedema supplies or durable medical equipment; and individuals experiencing pain. Other eligibility requirements may apply.
