| Description of Service | Offers developmental evaluations using certified specialists if a problem in development is suspected in children less than 3 years old. Following the evaluation, a Service Coordinator helps families assess available resources and identify needed services. Together the family and coordinator develop a plan to prepare for the changes from infant or toddler services to preschool special education services. |
