General Information
Description of ServiceThe Section 8 HCV Program provides housing subsidy for qualified applicants who locate rental units in the private market with participating landlords.

For families participating in the Section 8 program, the Family Stability Program helps them locate housing, identify barriers or challenges that family may be facing, and provide classes and training to help families remain stable in their own homes.
