Description of Service
Offers financial assistance to Phillips County residents to help pay for energy bills. Payments are made directly to energy vendors on behalf of customers. The qualifying energy sources are electricity, natural gas, coal, firewood, kerosene, propane, oil, and pellet. Funds are limited and received quarterly.

Assistance is available once per energy source (up to two energy sources) during the grant year, October 1st thru September 29th.
Phillips County residents who meet the following:
- Pay home energy costs directly to an energy vendor/utility
- Bill is past due or are running low on fuel
- Income is at or below 80% of Area Median Income for Phillips County
- Must have applied or apply with Phillips County Department of Human Services for LEAP between November 1st - April 30th.
