Description of ServiceOffers upgrades to residents' homes to reduce the impact of construction near the Central-70 area. Upgrades will help secure homes from noise and dust, plus provide energy savings that can reduce monthly utility bills.

Installations include:
- New Light Bulbs
- Air Sealing
- Insulation
- Programmable Thermostat
- Evaporative Cooler
- Efficient Shower Heads and Faucets
