Description of ServiceServicios de la Raza provides a program called Bridges of Resources formally known as Ventanilla de Salud (Windows to Health), which is a program they have been implementing in Denver and Southern Colorado since 2014. Their Promotoras serve and engage the underserved, monolingual Spanish speaking Latino community members by helping them feel safe and linking them to quality health care. Their program improves the health and conditions in which monolingual, Spanish-speaking Latinos live, learn, work and play, creating healthier communities.
