Description of Service
The Teller County Department of Social Services (DSS) provides a variety of services for those in need. Services include Aid to the Blind (AB), Aid to the Needy Disabled (AND), Child/Adult Protection Services (CPS/APS), Children's Health Plan Plus (CHP+), Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP), Medicaid, Old Age Pension (OAP), Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), as well as senior and disabled programs. This is a satellite office located at the Aspen Mine Center.
Walk in to apply in person at the Aspen Mine Center Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., or go online to apply for services at www.coloradopeak.secure.force.com
Will need to provide supporting documents such as ID, social security numbers for the household, sources of income, proof of residency, etc.
