The Neighborhood Nurse is a registered nurse that is available to assess health concerns and connect those in need with resources for insurance, primary care providers, dental and vision resources, and more. They may be able to assist with help to pay for medication, gas vouchers to medical appointments, and co pays for medical visits. Also provides a free health clinic for temporary primary care until a medical home can be found, as well as loaning out durable medical equipment. This office is only for those living in 80132, 80133, 80921, 80840 and portions of 80908.

Walk in for services Monday & Thursday 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., or call for an appointment for the Tuesday clinic, which is held Tuesday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Bring ID, insurance information if applicable, as well as any relevant medical care information.

The nurse is not a nurse practitioner and cannot write prescriptions or order tests.
