Description of ServiceProvides the following services in collaboration with Metro Community Providers Network providers primarily for Asian-American immigrant and refugee families and other communities:
- Primary medical care (e.g., physicals, well child checks, preventative care, wound care, etc.)
- Health education
- Chronic disease management
- Breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screenings
- Women’s wellness
- Pediatric care
- Referrals are provided for specific women's health services such as Mammograms, Clinic breast exams, Pap and HPV testing, and Pelvic exams
