Description of Service
Offers financial assistance to train individuals to become a Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) in order to assist a family member who needs Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) up to skilled services. Individual will become an employee of PASCO through this program. Also provides training for one back-up caregiver and potential employment through PASCO.
Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Boulder, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, El Paso, Elbert, Gilpin, Jefferson, Larimer, Morgan, Park, Weld counties

Individuals are required to provide the following documentation:
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
- Medicaid Number
Participants interested must meet minimum level of care. Keep in mind daily routines with a family member must involve skills.
Individuals with family members receiving Medicaid benefits.
