Description of ServiceThe Homeownership Program sells homes to families who go through a rigorous screening process and participate in building their home.

The homes are sold to families at no profit to Habitat, and with a 0% APR loan. Families pay for closing costs, contribute 75 - 200 hours of sweat-equity to help build their own home, and commit to making a monthly mortgage payment.
