Description of AgencyProvides a job training program, in conjunction with soft skills training and counseling support services, for people in the community experiencing barriers to employment.
MissionTo create employment opportunities and provide job training for members of our community seeking to rebuild from addictions, homelessness, and incarceration. MHWS uses social enterprise to achieve a two-pronged mission: to provide employment opportunities for people in need and to offer capacity support for businesses interested in leveraging their products for social support.

Intake RequirementsApplicants should bring to onboarding:
- Two forms of ID (Driver's license, and either a birth certificate or Social Security card)

EligibilityTo be considered for the program, applicants must be experiencing one of the following barriers to employment:
- Homelessness
- Reentry
- Addiction recovery

Applicants with an addiction history must be currently in recovery at the time of application in order to be considered for hire.
