General Information
Description of AgencyServes families who find themselves in crisis situations and are suddenly unable to adequately care for their children. Crisis situations can include but are not limited to hospitalizations, rehab, homelessness, etc. Parent(s) are given the opportunity to take care of themselves for a season while knowing their kids are cared for by background checked and caring families.
MissionTo create extended family-like support for families living on the edge-of-care during crisis situations and help keep kids out of foster care, reduce child abuse and keeping families together.

Intake ProcedureCall the hotline to complete an initial intake conversation over the phone. A one-on-one in-depth interview will follow to understand the needs and ensure ability to adequately place the child(ren).
Intake RequirementsApplicants will need to provide the following:
- Completed questionnaire for self and child(ren)
- Completed signed liability documents and power of attorney
- Copies of insurance cards, if available
