General Information
Description of AgencyProvides a one-time, emergency winter shelter through a network of churches beginning Monday, October 21st, 2019. Scheduling of intake appointments begins on Wednesday, October 16th, 2019. Serves homeless single men, single women, and families. Guests sleep in one church for 7 nights, then transition to the next church for 7 nights, for up to 30 days. Three meals (including a sack lunch), transportation assistance, showers and case management are also offered. Guests must leave by 7 a.m. each morning.

Intake ProcedureCall the hotline on or after Wednesday, October 16th, 2019 and leave a message or fill out the online form including the following information:
- First and Last name
- Phone number
- Number of individuals in the family (adults and children)

If there is an opening, guests will be called back for phone screening. After the phone screening an intake interview will be scheduled, which may be the same day. Interested candidates must be prepared to enter the shelter the same day that the phone screening and intake interview take place.
Intake RequirementsIndividuals must provide the following to receive shelter:
- Photo ID
- Social Security Card
- Proof of income
- No drugs/alcohol in possession (including marijuana)
- Not under the influence of drugs/alcohol for 30 days
- No weapons in possession
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass drug and alcohol screen at intake
- Must be willing to participate in goal setting, case management, and weekly life skills course
- Zero tolerance for drugs, alcohol, and verbal and physical violence

- No sex offense on record
- Be willing to participate in case management on a weekly basis
