Description of Service
Inner City Health Center’s health care services for infants, children, and adolescents range from well-child routine care and checkups (physicals for school, camp and sports), sick-child visits, the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic illnesses, such as asthma and ADHD, immunizations, and other services.
Call to make an appointment, or walk in during service hours with required documents.
Clients will need to provide the following documentation:
- Photo ID
- Proof of household income
- Proof of current address (current bill in name)
- Insurance card (if applicable)
Proof of citizenship or insurance is not required.

Must be prepared to pay at time of service; sliding scale fees are available for the uninsured.
