Description of ServiceAssists veterans, dependents and survivors to secure benefits and health care through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Focus is on veterans with diagnosis such as:
- Spinal cord dysfunction such as spinal cord injuries (SCI)
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
- Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)

Veterans with other diagnosis that has caused paralysis may qualify for assistance.
