Description of ServiceAdoption Options acts as a supervised provider for international adoptions. Families residing in Colorado may apply to the program which includes the following services:
- Home study
- Training
- Post-placement services

Families must connect with another agency to provide other international adoption services such as:
- Referral
- Travel
- In-country services
