Description of Service
Offers mental health and addiction services to promote the wellness of the entire family. Child and adolescent services from birth to 18 years designed to help each child realize social and emotional well-being. Services ranging from neurofeedback and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to group, play and art-informed therapies.
Treating diagnosis such as:
- Other diagnosable conditions

Self-pay individuals are required to provide the following documentation:
- Photo ID
- Proof of income
- Proof of Colorado residency
Probation Referred Clients are required to provide an insurance authorization.
This is not a walk-in facility.
