Description of ServiceProvides information and education for individuals in the Latino community who are at risk of heart problems through the CHARLAR program. The 11 sessions provide information about:
- How to eat and cook healthier
- How to purchase healthy foods on any budget
- Reading and understanding food labels
- Making physical activity easy and fun
- Smoking cessation

Also provides free blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes screenings and a personal heart health profile.
