Description of ServiceProvides free legal services in different housing situations for individuals and families within 200% of federal poverty guidelines such as:
- Evictions
- Landlord/tenant disputes
- Other housing issues

Also provides these same services to seniors without regard to income.

EligibilityIndividuals who are experiencing housing issues with their current landlords. Unable to assist undocumented immigrants, unless they are a victim of human trafficking, domestic violence, or other crimes. Able to help individuals with documentation of legal status regardless of situation.
