Description of ServiceProvides comfort through the alleviation of symptoms, and offers education, resources, and emotional support for individuals and their families. Palliative care is appropriate for patients of all ages and all stages undergoing treatment for:
- Cancer
- Stroke
- Diabetes
- Chronic lung disease
- Heart disease
- Chronic kidney disease
- Alzheimer's disease

This program also offers:
- Medical equipment and supplies
- Music therapy
- Art therapy
- Volunteer services
- Massage therapy
