Description of Service
Support groups are available to those living with Alzheimer's Disease as well as their friends, family and caregivers. Each group is headed by a healthcare professional to help answer questions and facilitate discussion among others in the community dealing with Alzheimer's.
Group meetings are held in the Parish Hall next to the main church. Meetings are held on the last Monday of every month at 11:00 am.
