Description of Service
Audits energy and water usage in low-income family homes, religious centers, and nonprofits. Any device that qualifies can be replaced for free with high-efficiency models, including compact florescent light bulbs (CFLs) and LED light bulbs, programmable thermostats, and high-efficiency toilets, showerheads, and faucets. Audit services are free to tenants and owners, courtesy of Denver Water and Xcel Energy.
Services are offered once per family. 15 appointments are scheduled per day, Monday - Thursday. Six appointments are scheduled on Fridays.

Landlord or homeowner permission is needed to replace toilets.
Tenants should have their landlord's contact information available.
Households that meet income requirements and are served by Denver Water or Xcel Energy.
