The client will need to call to schedule an appointment for rent assistance on the last day of every month at 11 a.m. The caller should keep calling until they get through. Do not leave a message. If you are unable to speak to someone, continue to call back. The interview will be scheduled for the first business day of the following month.
Salvation Army only offers assistance the last day of every month.

For rent assistance, individuals and families must reside in Berthoud, Loveland and provide the following documentation:
- Applicant's photo ID
- Eviction notice from property owner or property manager with property owner or manager's signature, printed name, address and phone number.
- Lease or rent agreement signed by the applicant and the property owner or property manager.
Households with no income are eligible for emergency rent assistance. If the line is busy, keep calling back.
