Offers limited funds for utility assistance. Clients are eligible for financial assistance one time in a 12-month period. Individuals may be screened and placed on a waiting list for availability.
Energy Outreach Colorado funds are typically received each quarter. When funds are available, only energy bills, heating, propane, or gas assistance is covered.

Individuals must provide:
- Photo ID
- Past due bill
- Proof of submitted LEAP application (between November 1 and April 30) if available; if individual has applied but does not have proof of submitted application, Family Center can verify through Energy Outreach Colorado. (Individuals that have not applied for LEAP will submit an application at their utility assistance appointment.)
