Description of ProgramProvides individual, couples, family and group therapy focusing on:
- Grief
- Life transitions
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Suicide Survivors Support Group (Monday)
- Homeless Group (Tuesday)
- Mindfulness Drop In Group (Tuesday)
- Acu Detox Group (Tuesday)
- Women Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse Group (Wednesday)
- Befriending Anxiety (In Development)
- Somatic Skills (In Development)

Also offers mindfulness-based approaches which includes the following types of therapy:
- Transpersonal
- Somatic
- Contemplative
- Wilderness therapy
