Description of AgencyOffers a one-year program that helps individuals get on a career path through one-on-one support, education and middle skills training that will lead to earning $15 per hour or more. A cash stipend is provided to cover training and education while individuals are assisted in enrolling in a job certification, apprenticeship or vocational/specialized training program.
